“In-Store” items can be delivered on the same day or next day depending on the time of order while “Pre-Order” items take 9 – 16 days.

While your order is being packed and processed, you’ll see ‘Processing’ in your Order History. Once your order has been shipped and cleared, you’ll see ‘Ready for Collection’.

Yes, we do. In most cases, we will use Modern Coast, Fargo Courier or G4S to deliver orders outside Nairobi County.
In most cases, yes. However, in the event that an item from your order is delayed, our team will let you know beforehand.

Returns and Exchanges
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days from the day you receive your order. If 3 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it:Â unwashed with the original packaging and tags.
