Order Information

What Delivery Methods are available?

For Nairobi, a 3rd Party delivery service will be used. The fee depends on the distance to your preferred location from Lavington.


For other regions, the rate will depend on the courier used.

How long will it take to get My Order?

In most cases, it would take around 10 days to receive your order. However, if the item is readily available, your order can be delivered on the same day.


Alternatively, you can inform us on when you’d like the order delivered once ready.

How do I track My Order?

You can check the status of your orders by accessing ‘My Account’ (online or via the REBAC App) and click ‘Orders’.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t. You can checkout as a Guest.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return and exchange policy?

REBAC allows for returns and exchanges if your purchase doesn’t fit.

All returns and exchanges due to sizing/quality are subject to a 3-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

– For hygienic purposes, earrings, inner-wears and socks are non-returnable
– Item must be in its original purchase condition – packaging and/or tags must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
– Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
– This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as “Sale” or “Clearance Sale”.
– For online orders, delivery costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by REBAC.
– Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by REBAC’s return and exchange policy above.
