Returns & Exchanges
We strive to keep you satisfied with the items you purchase. However, we understand that some outfits might not fit you as well as you envisioned, therefore, feel free to arrange for an exchange of an item/size. You can also return them for store credits with a validity period of one month.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it: unwashed with the original packaging and tags.
- Items purchased within the Sale section are not returnable. Sale of these are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- For hygienic purposes, earrings, innerwears and socks are non-returnable.
- Items must be returned within 3 days from the date the item is received.
Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by REBAC’s return and exchange policy above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/text to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, on the same day.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or did not fit (under our advice).
Example: If our agent recommends UK8 and then it does not fit, you will be entitled to an exchange. However, if our agent recommends UK8 but the Customer insists on a different size, the Customer will neither be entitled to a refund nor an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund.
