Welcome to our online store! REBAC provides their Services to you subject to the following conditions.
By visiting our Platform (Website or APP), our pages (Facebook or Instagram) and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. These Terms and Condition constitute the entire agreement between you and REBAC and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between us. Please read them carefully. We may amend the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice. You should check back regularly to review the updated terms & conditions.
Colors of products may appear different due to the color calibration of an individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to lighting used.
TERMS OF SALE
As we try to make sure all product details and prices listed on our Platforms are correct, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover any error in the price of any of the Items listed on any REBAC platform that you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, we will put the Order On Hold.
Market conditions and competitive pressures may cause prices and availability to change without further notice.
- The prices stated are FINAL.
- For an order to be processed, the Customer must pay a 50% deposit of the Order Total. The remainder will be paid upon Collection. Should the Customer opt for delivery, the Customer must clear their balance before the order is dispatched as the rider is in no way affiliated with REBAC.
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
All returns and exchanges due to sizing/quality are subject to a 3-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Items delivered did not look like the picture.
- Items purchased within the Sale section are not returnable. Sale of these are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- Items must be in original condition: unwashed with the original packaging and tags.
- For hygienic purposes, earrings, innerwears and socks are non-returnable.
- Items must be returned within 3 days from the date the item is received.
- Delivery costs associated with the return (and exchange) of the product will not be covered by REBAC.
- All other returns will be refunded in store credit. REBAC will process the compensation only when the return meets all of the above conditions.
Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by REBAC’s return and exchange policy above.
Items not claimed or collected within 2 weeks with no valid reason will be put up for re-sale and the deposit is non-refundable. Customers can request for an extension of the period up to 4 weeks. After that period, any unclaimed item will be put up for re-sale and the deposit paid is non-refundable.
Store Credit has no expiry, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of our platforms after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or a Contract shall create or be deemed to create a partnership, an agency or a relationship of employer and employee between you and us.
